I recently acquired my 5th Bronze crown. I'm happy about it, but also dissapointed, I was very very close to getting Silver, but my fighters were not good enough to clear through the vent, and I had ran out of resources.
The urge to do something, anything in a very spontaneous way seems to be what I know realize has led to all these Bronze crowns.
I sell a fighter or use all my texi just to get some Bitters and then I realize I'd down farther than I started, but I can't reverse my actions and now I have to rebuild. Trading frenzy has a big part of it too, of course you can get some good deals, but after you realize you've overpriced a lot of your fighters and used up all your offers. And now that the frenzy has settle people know the true value of the fighter(s.) So then you watch as people take offers you could have put up, or offes you wish you could accept, but you've wasted all of them within the first 15mins of reset.
The point of this blog, is too say, have patience with your band, save a little. Don't fling everything you can at reset unless it's a good trade. I know I've traded a lot of things away without knowing their true value.
The best advice I can give is this: play a cycle of events on completly natural resources. Don't use bitters, Nux, bits aja leaf, etc. SAVE IT ALL. And then, then when you see that event with a fighter you know you want, use it, ALL OF IT. Because using a little is actually worse than using it all. You'll get more points, rank higher and be able to use the event fighters you dont want to get the one you do.
